Lonestar Projects has been the online home of Justin Loh since circa 1996.  Now working for North State Independence High School and Shasta Adult School in the Shasta Union High School District, Justin is applying his 10+ years of intricate computing knowledge by designing and managing the websites for the aforementioned schools using the open source software package, Moodle. 

Alongside his colleagues, Justin has faciliated workshops at the statewide California Consortium for Independent Study conference held biannually.  It is Justin’s goal to share the knowledge of how technology has empowered the teachers at his schools to become more effective communicators and efficient workers, thus benefiting the students with more one-on-one attention and unprecedented access to resources.
